 A special music album by Tasos Ioannidis, aimed mainly at children but also at parents, with the aim of enhancing self-awareness, empathy and positive thinking through singing.
 The songs address topics such as self-determination, self-acceptance, managing emotions, empowering thinking, and a positive attitude towards ourselves and the world around us. Ideal for home, school, or therapeutic activities, this album is based on and inspired by the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
